I'm remembering the great July 4th parties at Joe and Doc's, and Fran and Johnny's place in Lakewood, with all us kids and purloined beers from the ice tub. The Lavalette parties gave me some good memories too. Love to Jill and Jeannie, and God Bless Aunt Joe.

I'd like to send a note of condolence to the family. I delivered newspapers (Daily Times and The Press) to the Thompson household for many years back in the '60s on Glenn Avenue. Jeanine and Jill, I hope you remember me. I know you'll have cherished memories even in this time of sorrow. My best to your entire families.

I only knew your Mom for a short time, but it was obvious She was loved by her "Girls" You both did a wonderful job of caring for her and I know she is looking down on the both of you with pride and love. She is at peace and I hope you can find that peace also. Bernadette

A wonderful woman that I got to know when she visited Jeanie's to help out and visit Tally. I always enjoyed listening to her recount her adventures when she traveled with her husband. Truely a happy soul that I'm glad I got to know.

Dear Jill, Jeanine and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss. We hope that you know that you were the love of your mother's life. She adored her children and grandchildren and your lives were woven into the tapestry of her life with the finest of threads. May you find comfort in those cherished memories as you entrust her to the tender embrace of God.
With love,
Kathy and John
