I just learned of Steve's passing earlier today. While living in the Twin Cities in the mid-80s, we had more fun than what should have been allowed. I SO remember when Steve took delivery of his 42' Sea Ray - he was as proud as a peacock. His boat payment was more than his house payment! Lake Minnetonka was where his boat and his heart was, at least during those years. In fact, so as to increase boat time, while driving back from northern Minnesota to the lake, he would change clothes while driving. He wanted fun from life, and at least during those years, he fully succeeded. We obviously fell out of touch as time went by, but the memories were numerous and extremely fun. Prayers to you, Joyce, and to you, Brian

Joyce & Brian, I will always remember the great times I had with Stephen. We always enjoyed each others company. Steve will always have a special place in my heart. I can see him smiling down on you both right now. I hope the love of your family will surround you both and keep you strong as you go forward. God Bless you Steve and may you rest in peace. Steve was a classmate at Wellesley High School, Class of 1971. He was an energetic and enthusiastic friend to many many people in our class. We were so happy to be with Steve at our 50th Class Reunion in Falmouth last October. It was a lot of fun to spend time talking with him at our cookout and at the bar. I feel grateful to have this recent and happy memory of Steve. Warm wishes to his wife and family.

Joyce and Brian -
I am sorry to hear of Steve's passing. I met him while bartending at the club. He always liked to bust my chops. One pass down the bar - his glass was full. Seconds later (it seemed) he would be calling my name as if he had been ignored for days. He always made me laugh. He had a big grin on his face the entire time. Such a nice man. I hope you find some comfort in the tributes from others.
